    Meet the Team Behind Transparency Auto Glass

    The most crucial part of every relationship is building trust. This is especially true if you’re going to work in an industry that takes care of customers’ safety. Here at Transparency Auto Glass, we take great pride in knowing that our customers entrust us with this responsibility, whenever they are on the road. With that being said, we would like to introduce the team that makes Transparency Auto Glass the best auto glass repair shop in the Triangle area.

    Ronnie Scoggins, Owner

    Ronnie Scoggins transparency auto glassRonnie is a dedicated business owner, a problem solver, and a perfectionist who has a passion for logistics. He was born in Durham, NC but spent parts of his life in both Virginia and North Carolina.

    He is a seasoned auto glass specialist, who holds a Master Certification with the Auto Glass Safety Council, is Dupont/DOW Certified, and a graduate of the Auto Glass Academy. These professional certifications have armed him with the knowledge and skills needed, to help anyone in the auto glass industry, and service any vehicle needing auto glass repairs or replacements.

    Ronnie’s biggest priority is making sure all customers are happy, whether at the shop, by the roadside or within the comforts of their home. Being able to help his customers who have auto glass problems is something that Ronnie holds dear to his heart. He firmly believes that customer satisfaction is the foundation of a successful business.

    On his free time, Ronnie enjoys numerous outdoor activities; such as hiking, skateboarding, golfing, practicing Muay Thai and road racing.

     

    Jace Geffken, Operations Manager

    Jace Geffken transparency auto glass meet the teamJace is the Operations Manager of Transparency Auto Glass. He is responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with each customer and ensuring that the business runs as smooth as possible.

    Growing up in Clayton, NC, Jace is fully equipped with industry knowledge having gained certifications from the Auto Glass Safety Council as a Master Certified Technician, aswell as  being Dupont/DOW Certified.

    For Jace, repairing windshields is more than just repairing the cracks on the glass. His main priority is to keep the customers and their loved ones safe. This is something that he swears by when you choose Transparency Auto Glass to help you with your auto glass needs. No sub-par work, just pure professionalism and excellence… guaranteed.

    One of his favorite pastimes is taking on new mechanical projects among which was doing an auto glass replacment on a 2018 Chevy Corvette C7 and learning about ADAS systems that come equip on newer vehicles.

    Aside from learning new systems and challenging his technical skills, Jace loves being outdoors. He plays golf, goes fishing and likes to ride ATVs. Most importantly, being a passionate family man himself, spending time with his loved ones is a top priority in his life.

     

    Daniel Scoggins, Lead Auto Glass Technician

    Daniel Scoggins transparency auto glass meet the teamDaniel is the Lead Auto Glass Technician with over 10 years of experience in the auto glass industry. He is also certified with the Auto Glass Safety Council and Dupont/DOW. With Daniel’s expertise, you can rely on him to repair any damaged glass on your vehicle and bring your windshield back to its original glory.

    Having worked on hundreds of vehicles, his favorite car to work on to date was a 2015 Mercedes Benz CLS500. But no matter the vehicle, Daniel understands that every vehicle requires 110% of his skills and attention. Aside from that, he is also known to be passionate about providing services to his community.

    To Daniel, working on windshields is a big responsibility, since the customer’s safety is in his hands. This responsibility, serves as the foundation and inspiration for why he loves doing what he does.

    His passion in life is not just bound to cars and windshields. After all, he is a family man. When not working, Daniel loves spending most of his free time being with his two beautiful kids, with the occasional ATV riding and skateboarding mixed in.

     

    Nate Baudoux, Auto Glass Technician

    Nate Baudoux transparency auto glass meet the teamNate recently joined the Transparency Auto Glass team in September of 2019. He is certified with the Auto Glass Safety Council, so you can definitely entrust your vehicle’s auto glass repair to Nate with full confidence.

    As a budding expert in this technical field, he finds his work very exciting because of the ever-changing autoglass industry. Being strong-willed, Nate sees this as a challenge to keep him continuously on his toes and continually progressing his technical skills to better serve his customers.

    Over the course of his career in the auto glass industry, his favorite challenge was replacing the windshield on a 2016 Toyota RAV4. What made this vehicle a challenge, yet fun, was learning how to recalibrate the ADAS system after the windshield installation.

    Aside from familiarizing himself with the auto glass industry and methods by heart, Nate is also dedicating himself to knuckling down on learning more about his two martial art passions; Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Through these two martial arts, he not only exercises his physical strengths, but also serves as an area that helps him exercise his positive mental attitude.
