Auto Glass Replacement Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our auto glass installation services. Our replacement warranty covers defects in the glass from the manufacturer, as well as the professional-grade workmanship involved with the materials that are a part of the installation. The warranty covers the installation and materials for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
Note: This warranty is nontransferable. In no event should Transparency Auto Glass be liable for incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other damages or expense whatsoever other than the auto glass itself and the installation thereof.
Windshield Repair Warranty in Raleigh
Windshield repairs are covered under warranty for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.
Note: Should the repair fail due to the uncontrollable and unpreventable deterioration of the windshield, the warranty is limited to a credit for the cost of the original repair when used toward the purchase of a new windshield installation on the original vehicle. The owner will then be responsible for any applicable insurance deductibles.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Leakage anywhere other than the area of the auto glass replacement
- Broken glass that was not a result of installation
- Rust or leakage cause by excessive rusting of pinch weld area
